How to Adjust Screen Size in Nova LCT for a Screen with One Receiving Card

Before You Start: Ensure you have the Nova LCT application installed on your computer. If you haven't, download and install it from the official website.

Download Nova LCT: Click here to download the Nova LCT application.

Step 1: Connect to Your LED Sign

  • Power on your LED sign.
  • Connect to your LED sign either through Wi-Fi or by connecting it to your network via an Ethernet cable.

Step 2: Open Nova LCT and Log In

  1. Launch the Nova LCT application.
  2. Click on User > Media Player Login.
  3. Enter your username and password.
    • If you don't know your password, contact support for the default password.
    • If you've forgotten a custom password, reset it by pressing and holding the reset button on your player for 30 seconds.

Step 3: Access Screen Configuration

  1. Once logged in, select Screen Configuration.
  2. Keep all pre-filled values the same and click Next.
  3. By default, you may be on the Receiving Card tab. Do not make changes here.

Step 4: Configure Screen Connection

  1. Select Screen Connection on the top left.
  2. If no screen is listed, click Add or Configure.
  3. In the table under Basic Information, right-click on your screen and select Clear.

Step 5: Set Screen Dimensions

  1. Under Receiving Card Size, enter the correct screen height and width for your LED screen.
  2. Left-click on the screen in the table under Basic Information to select it again.

Step 6: Verify and Send Configuration

  1. Hover your mouse over the screen listing to verify the dimensions.
  2. Click Send on the bottom left corner to apply the settings.
  3. After receiving confirmation that the settings were successful, click Save.

Step 7: Backup (Optional)

  • You'll be prompted to save a backup. Click Cancel if you don't wish to save one.
  • To save a backup, click Save to File.
